Abyssal mantras and previous Britannian mantras[edit]

I am not sure how the Abyssal mantras "Un" and "Anra" relate to previous Britannian mantras. "Un" is a Gargish, not Britannian mantra, and as for "Anra"... there is no previous similar mantra. "Ra" or "Ahm" would be the most similar ones, but they are pretty different. Am I missing something here?--Sega381 04:58, 2 March 2011 (PST)

Sorry. Corrected Un, as upon further thought I can't see how the concept of "Control" really relates that directly to ones ability to get good trade bargains. As for Anra, think An-Ra (Against Valor), which makes perfect sense as the mantra of Defense.--Blu3vib3 18:36, 30 March 2011 (PDT)
Hmmm ok, I see your point. However, "Bears obvious relation to an extant Britannian mantra"? An-Ra is not obvious at all, as shown by the fact that you had to explain your reasoning to me. Besides, even though I admit the logic in your argument, wouldn't that be speculation? I could speculate on the relation between Fahm and Ahm, and I might (or not) get to a reasonable relation. But it is still speculation to me. At most, we could include that in the trivia section, but I tend to think it's too speculative to be included....--Sega381 19:38, 30 March 2011 (PDT)
