Sherry (alias Noriko Hidaka in the Japanese original) is a character unique to the Nintendo-port of Ultima III. She may be found in the south-east of the royal city of Britain.

Description[edit]

Sherry was an young woman who delighted in the attentions of others. She would invite the Stranger to opine on her beauty, and as well as ask to be brought flowers. Should the company of adventurers fulfill this request and give her a bloom from Ambrosia, the gentle lady would requite their gift with a heart-shaped compass, a magical device which was capable of transporting weary travelers to the gates of Lord British's castle.

Trivia[edit]

  • In the original Japanese version of the game, Sherry was named after singer Noriko Hidaka, who performed the vocals for the songs "Haarto no Jishaku" and "Hitomi no Naifu" on the Exodus "Ultima Mix" CD.
