Selwyn is a dark Mage in Ultima VII.

Description

He and his band of Rebels built their headquarters in rooms above the dungeon Shame and planned to assassinate Lord British to topple the government, but the Avatar caught them in their meeting room, and killed them all, stopping the plot. In his last will, Selwyn dared his killer to try and break into his tower to get his worldly possessions, mentioning his "pet".

The Avatar found Selwyn's Tower west of Serpent's Spine, where a lot of good equipment was found after defeating the Ghost Guard. One of the teleporters in his room lead to the orchard just west of Castle British.
