Emile is a tavern patron in Trinsic in Ultima IX.

The Avatar met Emile happily consuming liquor with his friend Synnovea at her bar. He was too drunk to offer much of a coherent response; although, he did brag about being able to pay using Sergio's lost gold.[1]
After the Shrine of Honor was finally cleansed, Emile apologized for his actions.
